Phoenix, Arizona police have released footage of the rescue of a driver who fell into a swimming pool. The incident occurred around 2 a.m. on Halloween. 
When an officer arrived at the scene, he climbed onto the car and began beating the sunroof with a metal rod. When the glass broke, he helped the man in the yellow work vest out of the car. 
The body camera video shows police officers checking to see if there are any passengers in the car.
The victim was taken to the hospital for further examination. It is unknown whether the driver was intoxicated.
The video has been viewed over 17,000 times.
