A woman “parked” in the pool (4 photos + 1 video)
Cobb County, Georgia police officers helped a trapped woman. Law enforcement officers received a message that an unknown person rammed the fence and ended up in the middle of the pool.
The incident occurred in the gated community of Kennesaw, near Atlanta, at the end of February.
"There's an awning over the pool so the car doesn't sink. But I don't know how long it'll last," the homeowner told police.
The officer's body camera footage shows a man standing next to the vehicle. He said the woman raises her head from time to time.
A police officer broke the car window when the woman did not answer the knock. Opening the driver's door, he turned to the victim: “It's cold here. We need to get out. You will come with me.”
The woman was pulled out of the pool, covered with blankets and given first aid. After this she was taken to the hospital.
The Cobb County Police Department said the woman suffered a medical emergency shortly before the crash.
