A couple from the USA bought the very house where parts of the movie "Twilight" were filmed a few years ago (that's where Edward Cullen and other ghouls are). They bought it for 340 thousand, and they earn about 150 thousand dollars a year. Naturally, then stable - and the purchase has already paid for itself more than once.
