A British man set off on a trek around the world on foot and returned home 28 years later. Karl Bushby left home in 1998 when he was 28 years old, embarking on his journey from Chile. Over the years, he covered 50,000 km, traversed 29 countries, and finally returned to the UK. He had just two rules: use no transport and don't return home until getting there on foot. Now, all that's left is to walk to his hometown. Talk about the ultimate dad who just went out to get milk.
