BMW dealers in China have significantly reduced their prices.
The price revisions affected 31 models, including electric vehicles and M versions. As a result, new BMWs can now be purchased in China starting from 2.3 million rubles. The largest reduction was recorded for the BMW i7 M70L, which has dropped in price by a significant $40,000.
The main goal of this price adjustment was not to engage in a price war, but to "increase brand appeal" in a context where BMW sales in China have been declining for the second consecutive year. The manufacturer is clearly striving to retain customers and make its model lineup more accessible, despite ongoing market instability.
