Pensioner Norma Williams doesn't hide her toned figure. She devotes a lot of time to sports: swimming, hiking, and cycling. Her efforts have paid off: at 77, Norma feels more confident than she did at 20.





The elderly woman admitted that she loves wearing form-fitting clothing and even chooses such outfits in winter.

"I realize that my body looks 'worn out,' but it doesn't bother me. I value its strength and physical fitness. Youth doesn't always equal beauty. When I was younger, I didn't have the body I have now. It's only gotten better with age."

"Beauty is health, fitness, and a figure, not fashion, youth, or tummy tucks. Beauty is scars and wrinkles. Be proud of your body while you're alive. And what could be better than showing it off in a bikini?" Williams is confident.







Norma lives in Spoleto, Italy, but grew up in Liverpool, England.

She admitted: "In my early twenties, I was embarrassed to wear a bikini. As I got older, my confidence and self-esteem grew. I didn't achieve my ideal physical shape until I was 60. Now I can swim 60 Olympic distances in just over an hour. I bike a lot and walk 8 km every day."





Normal at 18

"The difference between me at 20 and 70 is, above all, energy. Over the past half-century, it has increased exponentially. This is what allows me to live the way I do now. People are often surprised when they learn my age. I often hear young people say, "When I get older, I want to be like you, Norma." But I think I look my age. I just have a toned body, and that doesn't fit the stereotypes about older people."
