Norma Williams suffered from obesity for many years. She recalls that she literally ate marshmallows at night and adored white bread. She couldn't resist sweets.

Norma Williams said that she is not fixated on a diet and can afford sweets, bread, and even alcohol.
- For breakfast, I eat a whole grain croissant and drink a cappuccino, I like tea very much and often add sugar to it, - says British. - Sometimes I enjoy eating cookies after dinner - and not one little thing. I don't count calories at all. But I have two "gold" rules: I never eat before training, but for dinner I put it on a plate exceptionally healthy foods - meat, fish, nuts, vegetables. Is it true, I allow myself dry wine.

Norma Williams said that every morning before breakfast doing exercises - not just lying down waving his legs, but performing a complex of 20-30 different strength exercises.
- Every day I go for a walk at a fast pace. Behind one and a half hours it turns out to walk about 9 kilometers. But on weekends I I'm resting,” Norma continues.
