Two workers hung on the facade of a building after cables snapped

In Xuchang, Henan Province, China, a dangerous incident occurred during façade work: a steel cable snapped, causing a construction platform to collapse, leaving two workers suspended at a great height. The structure began rotating erratically above the street, posing a hazard to both the workers and the people on the platform. Emergency services were called to the scene.
