Dubai-based developer Binghatti and Mercedes-Benz unveiled their second joint project – the concept for the luxury residential complex Mercedes-Benz Places in the Meydan district. It will be a "city within a city" with its own infrastructure: transportation hubs, shopping streets, sports and entertainment areas, restaurants, parks, and public spaces. The project is valued at $8.2 billion, and construction is scheduled to begin on January 14, 2026.

The complex consists of several residential towers integrated into the urban ecosystem, built on a site covering nearly 930,000 square meters. According to the developers of this large-scale project, residents of the luxury complex will have everything they need within walking distance.

Mercedes-Benz and Binghatti's first joint project—a 65-story, 341-meter-tall residential tower with 150 apartments—became the German automaker's first branded property. Half of the apartments in the complex were sold out within 24 hours of sales launching. Keys will be handed out to residents in the fourth quarter of 2026.

Meanwhile, Binghatti also has a joint project with another automobile company, Bugatti. This is the Bugatti Residences tower in Business Bay, featuring residential apartments comparable in luxury to the brand's hypercars.
