A Swedish woman was sentenced to a fine for breaking an egg on her daughter's forehead (1 photo + 2 videos)
A 24-year-old woman from Helsingborg, Sweden, was found guilty of harassment over a TikTok video. In the video, she smashed an egg on her daughter's forehead. 
The incident occurred last summer. The mother invited her daughter to bake an apple pie together. However, in the video, the woman smashed an egg on the girl's forehead, causing the yolk to run down her face. The girl was surprised and said she didn't like it. The mother laughed in response.
The video published on TikTok has collected about 100 thousand views. One of the social media users, having watched the video, reported it to the police. As a result, the woman was charged with child abuse.
The mother stated in court that her act was a stupid joke, and also noted that such videos were a trend on TikTok and many parents were filming such videos. However, the prosecutor decided otherwise: she said that the mother "humiliated" the child, and called her act "reckless".
As a result, the woman was found guilty and fined 20 thousand Swedish kronor.
