How hard it is to live in the modern world. At first, we were all convinced that we drink little water. All sorts of applications were developed for phones so that you could track how much you drank, and God forbid, dehydration would not occur. Now it turns out that drinking a lot is also dangerous.

After health-conscious humanity began to drink a lot of water, it turned out that there is no benefit from this either. Insufficient fluid intake per day can cause headaches, fatigue and dizziness, and in the long term have even more serious consequences.

Doctors warn that drinking too much water can be dangerous. Excess fluid in the body can lead to serious consequences, such as headaches, nausea, confusion, seizures, and in severe cases, coma or death.

Experts recommend maintaining a water balance and drinking a maximum of about two liters of water per day, which is enough for most people.

Doctors say that you can determine whether everything is in order with your water intake by the color of your urine. Pale yellow urine reflects the correct water balance in the body, while clear urine can indicate excess fluid. On the other hand, dark yellow or amber urine may signal dehydration. Maintaining balance is key—adequate hydration without over-consumption ensures that your body can effectively regulate fluids without health problems.
