Therapy dogs appeared at Turkish airport
Therapy dogs have recently been deployed at Istanbul Airport to help passengers experiencing anxiety and stress before flying to distract themselves and relax. The work of man's four-legged friends has already been recognized as successful.
Istanbul International Airport now has therapy dogs that you can hug and pet. Animals are participating in an airport pilot project aimed at relieving stress and anxiety among travelers.
The dogs started working at the end of February after several months of special training. During the training, they were taught not to react to loud sounds and large crowds of people.
The furry team is led by a Lagotto Romagnolo dog, Cookie. The Associated Press notes that he "works hard, but likes breaks." The working day of dogs lasts during peak hours - from 10:00 to 16:00
