This is not the beginning of a horror movie script, but, unfortunately, it is true. Residents of Kingston upon Hull have begun to complain about an infestation of giant rodents that are brazenly invading their homes.
The population of the town believes that the invasion of these giants the size of a good cat was provoked by road work, which also affected the sewerage system. The rodents had no choice but to crawl out of their hiding places and try to find shelter in barns and basements of houses. Hordes of rats have also taken up residence in the garbage heaps.
Danielle Carter discovered this rat in her yard and shared the photo on her Facebook page. The woman wrote that the rat was the size of a cat and it had chewed a hole in the barn. Daniela's dog was afraid to go out into the yard - he would obviously be in trouble if he met this monster.

The city council, however, denies that the road work was the very trick that the rats fell for. However, residents of Kingston upon Hull claim that nothing like this has ever happened before. After Louise Beaumond complained that a rat had even gotten into a child's crib, other townspeople also began to talk about a real infestation of rodents that penetrate into attics, as they even enter their kitchens.
Authorities visited the homes of residents who complained about rats and found piles of garbage that they dumped in their backyards. The authorities believe that the responsibility for its removal lies with the townspeople themselves.
And how have they not yet thought of finding a “Russian trace” in this?
