“What kind of nightmare do you have in your hands? Throw it away!” — some frown in disgust.

“Be sure to go to an exhibition with such exotic things!” - others call.

“This cat probably needs to be treated...” - still others argue sympathetically.

And only Dasha knows that her Sima is the best and most unusual domestic cat, who, without any pedigree, replaces SPACE for her!

How this story began...

A few years ago, Dasha’s mother decided to bring a furry creature into the house. Dasha herself was in high school at the time and was too young for such serious decisions, but she understood one thing for sure: an animal is a big responsibility for the rest of its life!

And so he and his mother arrived following an advertisement. The owner showed them two kittens to choose from - and, as often happens, opinions differed! Mom liked a funny cat, covered with multi-colored fur, with a white face. But the girl liked the other baby.

But mom is mom, as you know, she knows better.) Therefore, it was her favorite who went home - a funny and disheveled ball of positivity, the daughter of a bald sphinx and an ordinary domestic cat!

“We somehow didn’t think about what awaits us...” Dasha laughs, because in fact none of them was going to have such an unusual creature at home!

The baby was named Simona, Sima (or Simferopol - according to dad's version). She began to grow quickly and change at cosmic speed! Initially it was just a fluffy ball, then her hair began to fall out in certain places.

Guests coming to the family were literally speechless - an “incomprehensible thing” with tufts of fur sticking out and wild green eyes jumped out at them from around the corner!

“Did your cat come from Chernobyl?” - this was a standard question in such cases...

What does an adult cat look like?

Simina's appearance has changed over the course of 4 years. Either her face was bald, then her stomach, then the hair on her paws came out, and on the “bald” places it grew again. And only then did she become what she is now: a beauty with fluffy sides and a head whose back and tail are completely “sphinx-like”.

Everyone in the family is proud of their pet’s exotic appearance. But of course, Dasha babysits the cat the most! The girl can’t imagine how she can fall asleep without hugging a small warm body and without feeling soft paws on her neck.)

If you remember Simina’s habits, the brightest of them is the love for ice cream and... hematogen. The cat has excellent hearing, she hears the rustle of the wrapper even from the other end of the apartment and gallops onto her owner’s lap to beg for her share of the tasty treat!

Mura likes to sleep on the sofa, but he is afraid of his parents’ bed: a stern owner with a big and scary rubber slipper is in charge there.) As soon as he takes the “weapon” in his hands and waves it in front of him, Sim’s traces immediately disappear into thin air!))

Yes, Simone is afraid of men—it also took her a long time to get used to Dasha’s young man. She hid, studied, and now she behaves with caution.

But in reality, of course, no one offends the cat. She is so small, affectionate and light that even shouting at her doesn’t work! A real woman will either give you a paw, or hug you, or suddenly decide to bite you as a joke or to attract attention to yourself. Mood changes are instant!

We can say that Dasha’s favorite is a problem-free pet. The only difficulties include the ubiquitous wool (both in the soup and in the closet!) and always getting dirty eyes. The owner cleans them twice a day, but for some reason dirt always collects in the corners of Sima’s luxurious “peepers”...

In all other respects, she is a wonderful girl with a bunch of cute habits: sleeping in Dasha’s bag, protecting people from pestering flies, relaxing in an embrace with a radiator, hiding in the closet, etc.

True, her mistress’s morning begins not with pleasant plans for the day, but with such an expression on her face that “reminds” of breakfast!))

But this is just a mask hiding his enormous affection for his infinitely adored Dasha!))

“Take care of your cats—all of them, even these “half-haired” cats…” says the girl. “After all, the fact that she does not have a specific breed, pedigree, and does not take part in exhibitions does not make her a reject...”
