Judge drank and smoked right during the court hearing

Brazilian judge Milton Livio Lemos Salles was caught on camera holding a bottle of wine and a cigarette during an online court hearing in the state of Minas Gerais. He drank straight from the bottle and lit the cigarette with a gas torch.
The hearing was adjourned, three cases were left pending, and the judge was immediately suspended. An investigation has been launched against Salles, and this is not the first alcohol-related disciplinary incident in his career.
