Iconic return: Oakley brings back the legendary X-Metal Juliet in the form of an ultra-rare prototype (5 photos)
Oakley has officially reintroduced one of the most iconic and recognizable silhouettes in optics history, unveiling the collector's edition MUZM X-Metal Juliet Prototype. This model represents more than just the return of a classic from the 2000s; it's a unique batch of pre-production prototypes, comprised of a complex 25-piece titanium alloy construction. The frames feature signature adjustable elements, Plutonite lenses with Prizm Ruby polarization, and are supplied in a rugged metal box complete with a unique, numbered collector's token. The release took place on July 24th, but due to its status as a collector's item, the model was released in an extremely limited edition—available only at a few of the brand's flagship stores worldwide through a special offline lottery system.
