Some drivers, when fleeing a pursuit, for some reason don't think force might be used against them. Our police, for example, shoot at the tires to stop a suspect. American "cops" do this too, of course. However, in this video, filmed in Alaska, it's much more epic than a "trivial" shooting. Imagine the surprise of the driver trying to escape.
