A crocodile attack on a tiger was captured on video in Jim Corbett National Park, India.
The tiger had approached a lake near the Ramganga River to quench its thirst when it was suddenly attacked by the reptile, which had been lying in wait underwater. The striped predator reacted instantly and narrowly escaped the crocodile's jaws. Tourists on safari captured the unusual incident on camera.
"In the forest, life and death are a matter of moments," Saket Badola commented on the video. He noted that a wild animal must be on guard 24/7 to survive.
