Patrons of fine dining restaurants complain that they often don't understand how to turn on the water in the restrooms. Faucets vary greatly from establishment to establishment: some have standard faucets, others have lever faucets, others have touch-sensitive faucets, and some even have pedal-operated faucets, where water is turned on by pressing a pedal.
