Fingers The hands of a person suffering from Raynaud's syndrome
Raynaud's syndrome, also known as Raynaud's phenomenon, is a rare condition in which blood flow to the fingers and toes is disrupted in response to emotional stress, cold, and other factors, causing them to temporarily turn white or blue.
The condition is more common in young and middle-aged women, but can also affect men. Symptoms may include coldness, numbness, and tingling in the affected areas. In advanced stages, ulcers and areas of necrosis may develop.
