The police were looking for a "woman in trouble", but found a noisy goat (4 photos + 1 video)
A man in Etna, Maine, called police after hearing a woman screaming. An officer followed the noise along the railroad tracks and soon found himself at Oak Shade Farm. 
Devon Howes, who owns the farm with her husband, told local news station WBTV, “It was after 8:30 p.m. We were just sitting there watching Netflix and there was a knock on the door.”
Meeting the law enforcement officer at the door, the family rushed to show the "criminal" - a Nigerian pygmy goat named Simon. 
"I don't know how to shut him up. The goat gets everything he needs: food, love, care. And he still has something to say!" laughs Howes. 
Devon later wrote about the incident on social media: "We had a police officer visit us this evening. He was told of a woman screaming for help. The screams were coming from our farm. We took him to the barn and showed him Simon. Case closed."
Neither Simon nor the Hawes were prosecuted for the noise.
