FPV drones went into battle themselves and captured two occupiers in the Kharkiv region for the first time
In the Kharkiv region, the crew of FPV drones "Crazy Cats", which usually fights from a distance, acted as an assault group. During close combat, the operators destroyed the resistance and captured two Russian occupiers for the first time - a case that the unit called unique.
This was reported on the page of the 3rd separate heavy mechanized Iron Brigade, Censor.NET reports.
Three fighters from the "Crazy Cats" group from the rifle battalion were moving through a dilapidated village when they came across an armed occupier. He immediately started to run.
"They opened fire on the fugitive. When the enemy hid, our operators pulled up the "Maviks" - the drones began to drop charges to knock him out of cover. The "Kotiki" acted in a coordinated manner - they added grenades, machine gun fire and surrounded the building from three sides," the report says.
The occupier was captured alive. The prisoner with the call sign "Hedgehog" initially lied that he was alone. But soon he confessed: he entered the village with a partner under the pseudonym "Lev". He was quickly identified and detained.
