Unmanned systems destroy experimental Russian electronic warfare
In one of the directions of the front, operators of the 424th Svarog battalion of the Unmanned Systems Forces detected and destroyed the experimental Russian electronic warfare system "KOP-2". This was reported by the Unmanned Systems Forces, Censor.NET reports.
"This model is another attempt by the enemy to find an effective counteraction to Ukrainian UAVs. "KOP-2" scans the airwaves in a wide range, detects the frequency at which the drone operates, and tries to jam it with a powerful signal. This is expensive and rare equipment that the occupiers use to cover important objects - for example, air defense installations," the report says.
The SBS noted that in a real battle, "KOP-2" did not survive the encounter with the Svarog battalion operators.
"Their first accurate hit disabled the equipment, and the next one completely destroyed the system," the SBS added.
