A Giant Female Crocodile Was Caught in Malaysia (4 photos + 1 video)
In Malaysia, local residents managed to catch a female crocodile more than four meters long. 
The large reptile was caught on the bank of the Batu Pahat River in the Sultanate of Johor on May 8. The female appeared near the village. Residents called the local fire service, who helped them catch the animal. In total, about 20 people took part in the operation. 
Videos taken by an eyewitness show the massive crocodile, estimated to weigh 410 kilograms, being tied up and prepared for transport away from residential buildings.
Wildlife Conservation Bureau officials later said the female would be released in a nearby sanctuary.
