Doctors are divided into three categories: a doctor from God, a doctor - well, with God, and a doctor - God forbid!
A 35-year-old man went to the Umberto I dental clinic in the Italian capital on May 20 last year to remove a wisdom tooth and also treat a cyst in his mouth. The dentist examined the patient, removed the tooth, and also took a biopsy of the cyst for analysis.
And after that, the life of the unfortunate man literally turned into hell, and he himself became a living example of how devilish bad luck can almost completely disfigure a person.

In short, in the hospital where they did the tests, they simply mixed up the results. And a completely healthy guy received a great diagnosis - an extremely aggressive form of osteosarcoma. This is a malignant tumor, and if it exists, then the chances of a person surviving are not very high.
This is what this tumor looks like when it damages the bones.
The guy was urgently hospitalized, his entire upper jaw was removed, his appearance was disfigured, and as a bonus, the entire right half of his face was paralyzed. After the operation, he was told that he had 9 courses of chemotherapy ahead of him, and only after that he could think about plastic surgery to somehow correct his disfigured face.
The guy had already resigned himself to his fate, but only after he took repeated tests a month after the operation, it turned out that there was no fatal tumor. So he did not need chemotherapy. Wanting a second opinion, the patient gave the DNA of the biological material for testing to the laboratory of the Catholic University of Rome.
The results confirmed that in fact he did not suffer from a fatal tumor, which means that the operation he underwent was not necessary.
Of course, the poor guy sued the dentistry and demands to unwind it in full. But this will not give him his jaw back.
