In the Chinese city of Yantai, construction of a unique 50-meter tower has been completed. The building has a conical concrete shape and is made on the principle of a sundial. But that's not all the features: on the roof there is a library called Phenomens Space and a semi-open observation deck with a panoramic view of the surrounding area.
