Skoda has unveiled the super-compact Kylaq crossover. It is designed for India and is less than 4 meters long. The car will go on sale in several trim levels, but only with one engine. The starting price is 789,000 rupees or almost 10 thousand dollars.
Škoda Kylaq is designed in the brand's current corporate style with a narrow radiator grille, two-tiered front lighting and a protective body kit made of unpainted plastic with silver accents on the bumpers that imitate aluminum underbody protection.
In the compact's interior, you can find a 10.1-inch media complex screen with an 8-inch digital instrument panel in pairs. The list of options also includes wireless charging, ventilated electric seats, climate control, a sunroof and a bunch of electronic assistants.
The Kylaq is powered by a liter turbo engine with three cylinders, producing 115 horsepower and 178 Nm. It works in tandem with a 6-speed manual or automatic. Only front-wheel drive.
The Kylaq, which will be produced in India, should go on sale at the beginning of 2025.
