There is no bad weather. It's a lie, any resident of China will tell you that.
Last Saturday, not only were residents of Nebraska, Iowa and Texas extremely unhappy with the weather,
The Chinese also got the worst of it.
Five people were killed and 33 injured due to a tornado in the southern Chinese city of Guangzhou, local media reported. More than 140 factory and industrial buildings were damaged by the tornado. There were no collapses of residential buildings.
These are not shots from a movie about the apocalypse, but real footage of bad weather.
The destructive wind brought with it equally terrifying hail. Some hailstones were the size of coconuts.
Although, frankly speaking, it is difficult to call these pieces of ice falling from the sky hail.
The tornado affected a distance of about 1 kilometer, and extreme weather conditions were recorded in Guangming County, Zhongluotan City and the villages of Chengdong, Jinpan and Liantian.
According to the meteorological department's forecast, Guangdong is still experiencing a period of strong convection and heavy rainfall, and the risk of natural disasters such as floods and landslides is high.
