A formidable antelope drove the cheetah away from the cub

A wildlife lover traveling through Kenya's Maasai Mara reserve found herself at the scene of a violent confrontation between a cheetah and a topi antelope protecting its cub.

The feline predator quickly regretted that he tried to drag away the antelope cub. The hoofed mother attacked the hungry cheetah and, using her formidable weapon, forced the predatory cat, with her tail between her legs, to hide in the nearby bush.

According to the author of the video, she was a few centimeters away from the animals, who did not pay attention to the tourists during the chase.
