On January 31, 2024, the Ukrainian Armed Forces launched a missile attack on the Belbek military airfield near Sevastopol in occupied Crimea.
As Censor.NET reports, Air Force Commander Nikolai Oleshchuk announced this in a telegram.
He noted: “Did you know that the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine includes the 204 Sevastopol Tactical Aviation Brigade? So, its regular base is the Belbek airfield! Ukrainian aviators will definitely return home to their home airfield. And now thanks to everyone who joined to cleanse Crimea of Russian presence!"
