Nyuta Federmesser, Head of the Palliative Care Center and Founder of the Vera Hospice Charitable Foundation, spoke at a meeting of the State Duma Health Committee. She tried to convince the deputies not to accept amendments to the law "On Psychiatric Care". “We all, with your efforts, live in a country where laws are written and not observed.
