The Russian Defense Ministry signed the first contract for volunteers

The first unit of volunteers to sign the contract was the Chechen detachment "Akhmat".

Volunteer formations should now sign a contract with the Russian Ministry of Defense.

PMC Wagner refused to sign such a contract.
