Pulling wires over the roadway in Novosibirsk

At the crossroads of Spartak - Sovietskaya streets, workers put up an aerial platform directly above the roadway, but instead of fixing it, they damaged one of the cables.

The cable fell on the trolleybus contact network and sparked, miraculously not hooking the cars.
