Powerful accident with tractor and dump truck

In Kolomna, at the intersection of Astakhov and Vesennyaya streets, the driver of a dump truck with rubble did not notice the “Give way” sign and collided with a turning tractor. As a result of the collision, the truck overturned.
The tractor driver needed medical attention, and he was taken to the Kolomna Regional Hospital.
The dump truck driver refused medical assistance.
