Explosions have been reported at the bus station in Donetsk. There are casualties; the Russians have traditionally accused the Ukrainian Armed Forces of shelling civilians in Dogbass. However, unlike the occupiers, Ukrainian forces use weapons exclusively against military targets, ammunition depots and terrorist command posts.
