The woman screamed that she would not swim in the same water as the dog, which then saved her daughter
This story took place on one of the beaches in Italy, where pets are officially allowed (in many countries, dogs are allowed to swim only in specially designated areas). Lucky came to the beach with his owner Anna-Maria to have a good rest and swim.
Lucky is a 3-year-old handsome Labrador who has previously completed a special water rescue course: it is known that Labradors love water very much and, thanks to their peaceful nature and love for people, they perform excellent rescue duties.
Lucky and the owner went for a swim, but while frolicking in the water, they accidentally swam beyond the officially permitted swimming area for animals. They were seen by a woman who was about to swim in the sea at that time. She started screaming, swearing that dogs spread infection and neither she nor her 7-year-old daughter would swim where dogs bathe. Anna-Maria apologized several times and hurriedly left the water, leading Lucky with her.
Just a few minutes later, this woman’s daughter entered the water and swam away from the shore. While her mother was talking to someone, a large wave covered the girl's head and she began to drown. The most dangerous thing was that no one on the beach simply noticed. No one except Lucky, who instantly rushed towards the sea, picked up the child and dragged him to the shore.
The girl was very scared and swallowed water, but overall she escaped with a slight fright. After some time, her mother, who had been shouting at the owner and the dog, came up to them, sincerely thanked and apologized.
I think from then on this woman, thanks to Lucky, will look at dogs with completely different eyes.
