The author of the project is a pink-haired hunter who gets tips from his victims. He identifies a pervert in the crowd, starts following him, and then suddenly grabs him by the scruff of the neck and scolds him in public.

Having received the desired reaction - a confused face, screams, tears - he hands the pervert over to the police.

The show is supported by law enforcement officers themselves. The goal is to catch everyone who violates laws against women.
