Woman snatches phone from driver in a split second and runs off

A woman was in the back seat of the car while the driver was waiting for the ride to end or for another passenger. At some point, she unexpectedly got out of the car, snatched the phone mounted on the dashboard with lightning speed, and took off running. The entire theft took her literally a few seconds.
