45 supercars against silence: the loud finale of an illegal race in Hong Kong (3 photos + video)

In 2021, a convoy of 45 supercars transformed the streets of Hong Kong into the site of a massive police raid. The group's route led toward the Island Eastern Corridor, a well-known location often used by local street racers for illegal races. Constant complaints from residents about the unbearable noise emanating from the powerful engines forced law enforcement to act decisively: after the convoy reached the highway, police blocked and impounded all the cars. Among the participants in this "loud" convoy were a Nissan GT-R, Lamborghini, Porsche, Ferrari, McLaren, and other representatives of the global automotive elite.
