A man who smokes heavily and drinks coffee daily lives to 118
Luis Carlos has been called the oldest person in Brazil. He was born in 1908. He was four years old when the Titanic sank, and when penicillin was discovered, he could already buy beer. He was 32 when his compatriot Pele was born.
Today, Luis remains in excellent shape: he walks independently, has no serious health problems, has good eyesight, takes no medication (except vitamins), helps others, enjoys walks, and collects stones as a hobby.
Luis's life philosophy is simple: less stress, minimal fuss, and enjoying the little things he loves.
If you want to emulate his lifestyle, you'll need to smoke constantly, drink three cups of coffee a day, and give up relationships.
BUT WE DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. Although many of us cope with all of this just fine...
