Ia Östergren used to be a lanky, skinny teenager who wasn't popular with boys. Over time, she decided to turn her weaknesses into strengths, but it took a lot of hard work.





In 2013, Iya married Swedish bodybuilding champion Torbjörn Östergren and gave birth to two daughters. To help Iya recover after giving birth, her husband took on the job of training her. Now, in her native country, she is known as a Scandinavian goddess.
