A Turkish resident decided to film a dramatic experiment with boiling water amid temperatures reaching -20°C: he wanted to show how hot water instantly turns into steam. 
But when he tried to throw water from the kettle, the hot stream was directed back at him, and the man suffered severe burns to his head, back, chest, and arms.
The victim was hospitalized and later admitted that the experiment was too dangerous and advises against repeating it.
