An American built a zombie robot that swings on its own

American Steven built his own Halloween robot for his front yard, which swings completely autonomously on a swing. It's not just a decorative doll with a few wires, but a real moving mechanism with sensors, a gyroscope, an accelerometer, and motors that measures tilt and endlessly swings back and forth without a remote control.

To give the robot a frightening appearance, Steven hid its head in a hood, which created balance issues, and he had to add weight to its boots to prevent the zombie robot from falling backwards. The entire structure is built on an aluminum frame and is powered by a cordless drill motor powered by a battery, making the device completely autonomous and capable of maintaining its movement.

The robot's performance is impressive: it seems as if a real ghost has come to life in the yard, and passersby in the dark are tempted to turn around and return to see this frightening yet captivating engineering marvel.
