"Who's the Husband, Who's the Wife?": Chinese Couple Becomes Famous for Their Identical Appearance

A couple from Dongguan, Guangdong Province, has gained popularity on Chinese social media after users noticed their striking resemblance. Many even believed they were twins. The video, titled "Who's the Husband, Who's the Wife?" has garnered hundreds of thousands of likes on Douyin.

Liang Caiyu and He Xiansheng met on a blind date and married six months later. After their wedding, they opened a traditional herb shop and began promoting it through short videos. Business was slow at first, but the couple's uncanny resemblance attracted the attention of their audience.

They make humorous videos wearing similar wigs.

In some videos, the wife puts makeup on her husband, and they joke that they "are now sisters." According to Liang, the longer they live together, the more similar they become: "We work, eat, and relax next to each other, so we've become one and the same."

Now their account has over 20,000 followers. Fans are even offering them a DNA test to confirm they're not related.
