Brazilian skater Sandro Dias set two world records. He skated from a height of 70 meters (the first record) and reached a speed of 103 km/h (the second record).
The skater set two world records by riding down a mega-ramp on a 22-story building in Porto Alegre. Dias reached an impressive speed of approximately 103 kilometers per hour.
He performed a 70-meter descent down a near-vertical wall converted into a temporary ramp.
All four of the skater's attempts at the ramp were successful, and his final run, which set the record, lasted just eight seconds.
The 50-year-old man became the first person to perform such a trick. The skater said he had been working toward this goal for 13 years and wanted to prove, no matter how far away a dream may seem, that you should never give up on it.
