A boy named Pedro was enjoying a beach vacation with his mother, Kitzia Mitre, when he suddenly felt discomfort.

The child complained of a movement in his head, and his mother rushed him to a local medical center. A doctor removed the live crab from the patient's ear with tweezers.



In the video, Pedro looks upset, covered in sand and wet from the beach. Medics carefully remove the crab. Kitzia admitted that after the experience, her son developed a new fear.

The crustacean, despite losing a couple of limbs, remained alive and attempted to escape after being removed.





Fearing an infection or a damaged eardrum, the parents took their child to an otolaryngologist. Fortunately, Pedro's hearing was unaffected.



Doctors warn: foreign objects in the ear, especially live ones, are dangerous. They can cause infection, pain, or even hearing loss if not removed promptly.
