Drunk Man Rides Toy Jeep in Canada, Gets Fine
The driver was a man named Casper Lincoln. According to media reports, he was driving on the side of the road, which was closed during reconstruction, and then turned onto the open roadway.
Lincoln explained to police that he borrowed a toy jeep from a neighbor just to ride. However, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police found out that the man had a suspended driver's license, and a test showed that he was intoxicated. As a result, Lincoln was charged with drunk driving. The Canadian was arrested and received a fine, which he intends to appeal.
