A Chinese warship collided with a coast guard vessel while chasing a Philippine patrol boat. The incident occurred in disputed waters in the South China Sea.

Naval battles have flared up again near Huangyan Island in the South China Sea.

Philippine vessels, the main irritants for China, became the culprit of a maritime incident on August 11

The degree of tension probably led to a mistake by the crew of the PLA Navy Type 052DG guided missile destroyer Guilin, which tried to simply crush the Philippine offender at full speed, but instead rammed its sister ship - the PLA Coast Guard ship with the hull number 3104.

As a result, the ship's bow was seriously damaged, but it remained afloat. There is no information on the destroyer.

Tolerant Filipinos offered medical assistance to the injured crew, trying to lower the temperature and pretending that we had nothing to do with it.

The crew of the patrol ship "Suluan" (MRRV-4406) of the Philippine Coast Guard are happy that they were able to escape the chase today and push two Chinese vessels.

What happened to the bow of the Chinese Coast Guard ship after the collision with the PLA Navy destroyer.
