Manik Ali from Assam has gone viral online after he decided to celebrate his divorce in an unusual way by bathing in 40 litres of milk. The man reportedly decided to end his marriage after his wife cheated on him and left him multiple times. According to him, he tried many times to save the family for the sake of their daughter, but the situation did not change.
“Today I am free!” he loudly declared, pouring milk on himself.
The opinions of users were divided. Many praised Ali’s act, calling it “brave” and “inspiring”. Others, however, criticized the man for being wasteful: “Why milk? It could have been given to the needy,” one user noted.
