HBO officially approved actors for the new series based on "Harry Potter" (6 photos)

HBO has officially cast its new Harry Potter series. Filming will begin in the summer of 2025, with the premiere set for 2027. HBO proudly noted that their series will be a "very faithful adaptation" of the original books and will allow viewers to "become fully immersed in the wizarding world."
